That passionate, trademarked phrase is the basis of my unique Vancouver luxury real estate service to market luxury homes and high rise condos. I’m sure as a luxury real estate seller, that phrase resonates with you as it does for my clients.
The story behind that phrase was the result of many years working with high net worth sellers and buyers. I wanted to change how luxury real estate is marketed and sold as I observed too many luxury real estate agents marketing their client’s luxury homes and luxury high-rise condos in a similar fashion. In my professional opinion, that type and style of marketing was what I call surface marketing and I personally believe it leaves money on the table for sellers. It also doesn’t effectively make the high net worth buyer want to know more in-depth about the luxury homes for sale. Showing prospective buyers beautiful photos with or without background music or fast moving images is yesterday’s limited method of marketing luxury homes. It doesn’t effectively cause the seller’s real estate to resonate with the buyer in such as way that the buyer envisions your home as the one they want to see.
Consider from a buyer’s perspective the following:
1) After watching such marketing, what did you really learn about the home or condo? What did you learn about the history, room use, special features, granular elements or passionate design of the home?
2) Does the home have a seller’s special story to tell?
3) How does the luxury home marketing help the prospective buyer imagine themselves living in that home?
