Bruce served as global IT manager for a Fortune 5 corporation and worked as a McKinsey consultant contractor before entering real estate full time. He subsequently founded two technology companies: Talega Systems AI Inc built the advanced brokerage website infrastructure, and also developed a Canadian AI software platform for luxury property marketing.

As a high rise court expert retained by Greenberg Traurig, one of the world's largest law firms, Bruce provided expert testimony in luxury high rise litigation cases in Las Vegas. That level of technical credibility is something very few real estate professionals anywhere in the world can claim.
